We are looking for an Event Organization Assistant to support our team in planning, coordinating, and executing various social, corporate, or cultural events. Your role will be to ensure smooth preparation processes, communicate with suppliers, clients, and participants, and handle operational tasks related to event organization. You will collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure all aspects of the event are met according to client requirements and within deadlines. Your main duties will include administrative support, budget management, venue reservations, service ordering, material preparation, and participant registration. We expect excellent organizational skills, flexibility, the ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail. Experience in event organization is an advantage but not required.
